We’ll work hand-in-hand with you on design style and material selection, to create the perfect hand crafted item for you. We will give you a custom quote and shipping date before ordering. Remember, custom, hand-made items make beautiful gifts for a variety of occasions.

Do you use stock photos?

Since each item is unique, we take photos of the actual item you will receive.. ** Please note! ** Actual color of item can differ slightly from the photos. Screen resolution on electronic devices and computers can distort color in photos. Plus we stink at taking photos, so our camera settings may also slightly affect the color.

How quickly will you ship my order?

We don't ship daily, so please anticipate up to a 3 business day handling time for our finished items. Shipping times for custom orders will vary and will be discussed with you in advance. We use USPS Ground Advantage. We will carefully pack to make sure your items will arrive safe and sound. Transit time: Please allow 2-5 days for Ground Advantage once your package leaves our shop. High value orders may ship by “signature required.”

What if I need my stuff ASAP? Do you offer same day shipping?

We don't offer same day shipping, but send us a message and let us know what’s going on. We’ll try our best to accommodate you and get your order out the door as soon as possible.

Where’s my order? It's not here yet. What happens if my order gets lost in the mail?

You'll receive a tracking # from us within 3 business days. If your item does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact us and we’ll do our best to rectify the situation! While the USPS normally does a great job, from time to time there may be delays that are beyond our control. We will work to resolve any issues that may pop up. If there is a delay, we ask for your patience to give the carrier a chance to locate and deliver any missing items. If it’s been over 30 days from the date of shipping, we will consider the item lost. Since most of our items are one of a kind, we won’t be able to replace it with an exact item; however, we will give you store credit towards any other item(s) in our store.

My package was marked Return to Sender?

Please double check your shipping address before completing checkout. If your package is returned to us due to an error on our part, you can have the choice between having us reship the package to you (at our expense) or you may opt to have a refund. If your item is returned to us because your address was incorrect or incomplete or other reason that is no fault of ours, we will offer you two choices of action: (1) You may choose a refund less our original cost to ship, or (2) You may purchase a new shipping label for us to re-ship your package.

What if I’m not happy with my item?

If your item arrives damaged or if there is something wrong with it, please contact us right away. Your satisfaction is really important to us, and we would appreciate the opportunity to resolve any issues there may be. Customer Service is our top priority! Otherwise, we do have a 14 day no-questions-asked return policy.

How do we make these?

Our pens are made one at a time by Mark who takes special care to ensure quality.

Every pen is hand turned on our lathe and sanded smooth then finished with many layers of a CA coating for durability and a beautiful shine. For pens made of acrylic or resin, he polishes them to a high gloss finish.

We do not use any type of duplicating tools so each pen is truly one-of-a-kind and a unique piece of functional art.
