How do I access my files?

If you’re not redirected right to the download page, you can click on the "you" tab of your Etsy account, click on "purchases and reviews", and click "download file" to the right of the item. It will be saved in your "downloads" folder in your computer! Please note that you can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or a non-mobile computer.

When can I access my files?

Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card on Etsy, confirmation might take a few minutes.

Can I use these files for commercial use? What are the terms of use?

All files in my shop are okay to use for both personal and commercial use! You are allowed to use these files as they are or modify them to create physical products for personal use or for sale. This includes apparel, mugs, tote bags, signs, etc. You MAY NOT use any of these designs in your own digital downloads including reselling or redistributing them as is or modified in digital form. You must sell a physical finished product to your customers while using these digital files. You can NOT upload files or elements from them on print-on-demand web sites. No third party printing and product fulfillment is permitted!

Why won't the file won’t open in my editing program?

Try opening the ZIP folder and relocating the files (copy and paste the file type you are trying to use onto your computer’s desktop for example) before opening that file type in your program. Sometimes the file will not open in certain programs if they are not removed from the ZIP folder first!

How do I edit/add a name to this design? How do I work with these files?

Editing these files will depend on what you’re using the file for and what program you’re using the file in! Just an image is provided in the download (no fonts that you can install) so it’s up to you to make any further edits or changes to it! Please make sure that you have the programs, equipment, and knowledge/skills necessary to work with these files. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure these files are compatible with your machine(s) and software before purchase! Please research what file types work with your software before purchasing.
