Can I cancel or change my existing order?

All orders are custom made-to-order just for you and will be going into IMMEDIATE production 'real time' to meet deadlines… as per our long standing policy, NO CHANGES and NO CANCELLATIONS can be made once an order is placed so please be sure that order your info (size/color/text) is correct and make 100% sure that you do indeed want your item. For example, "I accidentally placed an order" or "I no longer need this item, I need to cancel" or "I made a mistake on my personalization please change it" will not be accepted as a reason. (Even if you message right away, Customer Service is not seen in 'real time' and an order is usually already drafted/cut before the message is viewed.)

Where do I find the sizing/dimension details for an item?

An item's specific dimensions can be found in the 'item description' in each item's individual listing. **To choose a size click on the 'size' drop-down box and all of the sizes offered will appear.

What are these tiny marks on my item?

The marks that you may find on your item are known as “hanging marks” and they are tiny spots of unfinished metal which are created from the necessity to hang an item in the air during the powder coating process. We try to catch and touch up as many of them as we can but if you find them on your item they can be easily remedied by touching up the spots by applying a clear coat sealant i.e. regular Rust-Oleum (lightly dabbing with a Q-tip or small brush) or standard enamel fingernail polish (clear or matching color) to reseal the raw metal… retouch the spot as soon as possible to prevent rusting. 🪴 There's more info on Care & Maintenance in every item's listing description.

Do I need to clear coat my item to display it outdoors?

All of our powder coat finishes are weather resistant for normal outdoor use and will weather in a similar fashion as your patio furniture... our powder coat manufacturer recommends that a clear coat sealant be applied at least once every 1-2 years for any products that are used in ordinary outdoor conditions in order to extend the life of the finish. A CLEAR-COAT SEALANT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ITEMS BEING DISPLAYED IN EXTREME OUTDOOR CONDITIONS - if your item will be in prolonged, intense direct sunlight (ie. desert conditions☀🌵), or if you live within 75 miles of a salty body of water (ie. beach/coastal☀️🌊), you will need to apply an additional Rust-Oleum type clear-coat sealant to your Metal Art to prevent premature weathering.

Can I exchange or return my order?

🛒 Please be sure to DOUBLE CHECK that your information and size/color/personalization choices are correct before placing your order because.... All Items are custom handmade-to-order just for you (& often personalized) and we would never send you someone else's return that's made several trips through shipping and for these reasons ALL SALES ARE FINAL therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges BUT please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Thank you!

Do metal art items come with mounting brackets?

Most items come with mounting holes that will accommodate a No 6 sized screw (double check the item description to verify mounting holes) but do not come with a bracket welded to the back. The mounting holes will also accommodate standoff spacers as well if you desire a 'floating' or dimensional look.

Is your metal art powder coated and what to do if it chips?

📎 All of our items excluding the raw metal options are powder coated. We use a high-grade powder coat finish to color our items. Powder coating provides a beautiful long-lasting finish but like most household items, it will require proper care and maintenance. All items should be handled with care. 📎 If your powder coat chips be sure to IMMEDIATELY touch up the spot with a clear coat sealant to reseal the raw metal underneath to prevent rusting.

My order was marked as 'Delivered' but I don't have it, what do I do?

While we aren't responsible for a package once it's marked as 'delivered', I am very sympathetic to this frustrating situation and always recommend checking with your neighbors and if they aren't holding it for safekeeping then contact your local postmaster and ask for the GPS coordinates of you delivery from the handheld scanner your mail carrier uses to find out if it was delivered to the wrong address or if they are holding it at the Post Office… I hope this helps!

My package delivery is running late, can I get a replacement?

Generally, if you're package has not been updated in tracking for 14 days we will consider it 'lost' and send a replacement. (depending on the specifics of a situation, some exceptions and/or restrictions may apply)

Can I request a custom size, color, address changes, expedited shipping, or shipping holds through the 'note to seller' box at checkout??
