Custom and personalised orders Rules of my shop. please read before making a purchase if you are unhappy with your purchase - please write to me and we will solve the problem. Unfortunately, In our store, you cannot cancel the order. Please carefully read all descriptions and rules before you make a purchase. Exchange of goods is impossible. Return of goods is possible only if there is a defect or damage and in case you. Have been contacted me within 14 days after receiving the order. Have been sent within 21 days from the receipt (at the expense of the buyer).

Refund, Exchange, Cancellation

Shipping charges are not refunded under any circumstances when returning merchandise. 1. In case of cancellation or refund for any reason except our fault, we only refund 80% due to non - refundable commission . 2. Refunds will be made only after we receive the item back. 3. No refunds for custom order. 4. No refunds for items from the sale section. 5. No refunds after 40 days of purchase. 6. No refunds for unclaimed packages. These packages can be re - shipped to the buyer. in this case, shipping costs are borne by the customer. Buyer can cancel the order after sending us the measurements during 24 hours. in this case we refund 80% of the amount paid. After expiry of 3 days we do not cancel any order and do not refund the payment.

Custom and personalised orders

We add the shipping cost to the places where the shipping companies can easily reach. Some areas are in remote areas, in remote areas the shipping company has to spend a lot of money to reach the area. Whatever expenses will be incurred for the remote area, it will have to be paid by the buyer. The sellers is not responsible for passing customs control. All taxes, duties and fees of the destination country are at the buyer' s expense. In cases of required additional delivery of the same item ( e.g. buyer indicated wrong delivery address or did not pick up the parcel on time and it returned to the seller) the delivery cost will have to be paid by the buyer.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, Rather than the date of order. Usually, we ship by air mail with tracking number, if you need faster delivery ~ contact me. It usually takes: North America : 3-5 weeks. Europe : 2-3 weeks. Australia, New Zealand and Oceania : 4-6 weeks. Asia Pacific : 3-5 weeks Latin America and the Caribbean : 3-4 weeks. North Africa and the Middle East :2-5 weeks. Sub - Saharan Africa : 3-5 weeks. I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. Please note that during holidays and sales seasons, delivery times may be longer due to mail load.

All I can do is send the parcel as a gift. I do not take responsibility for additional expenses. I only ship to the address specified in your profile.

I will be responsible for export custom declaration and documents and you will be taking care of the local customs duty and import tax if there is any. PLEASE NOTE : Customs duty is an obligation and liability of every citizen in your country, so every international buyer should be responsible for any tax and customs duty incurred. Generally the delay or failed delivery is often caused by the policy of different customs. Therefore please double check your local customs policy carefully before purchase. I CAN NOT be responsible for any failed delivery that was related to the destination customs issue.
