💡Yes you can! We provide fonts for you to choose from but that doesn’t mean you are limited to only those! We can build a sign in any font you want or incorporate your own logo into it. Our LED neon signs are designed to replace a traditional glass neon sign. As they use LEDs encased in plastic, rather than gas encased in glass, they produce relatively no heat and are shatter proof, so they are perfectly safe around children and pets.

What are the neon signs made of?

💡All our signs are handmade to order using premium flexible neon LED piping, with proprietary PVC moulding technology. This LED piping is affixed to sturdy & clear acrylic backing which is cut to shape. Our LED neon signs are designed to replace a traditional glass neon sign. As they use LEDs encased in plastic, rather than gas encased in glass, they produce relatively no heat and are shatter proof, so they are perfectly safe around children and pets

How long does it take to receive my package?

💡My normal production time about 2-3 days,Delivery time about 7-8 days can be receive for free. My urgent production time about 1 day,Delivery time about 4-5 days can be receive,but need urgent cost. Small size(Within 20in/50cm size),If not express shipping request,Normal production time about 2-3 days,Shipping time about 10-12 days can be receive. Use Express: UPS/FedEx/DHL/Etc..

What if I have a problem with the neon sign?

💡All of our neon signs come with a 12-month warranty, meaning that we will replace it for free in the very unlikely event that you have any issues with it. If you have any issues with your sign within 12-months of purchasing, you can contact our support team with details of your sign's issues. The team can then arrange for the sign to be returned to us for inspection prior to authorising a replacement to be sent out to you.

How long will the neon sign last?

💡The LEDs used in our signs have a lifetime of a huge 50,000 hours. That is the equivalent of over 5 years if you were to keep the neon sign switched on constantly! Edit

The sign will be with brown paper on back side of acrylic, protect the acrylic don't get the scratch, the clients can tear it of once get the sign.
The base real effect will be transparent acrylic.

Process: Using high-transmittance acrylic as the bottom plate, first engrave the outline of the design on the acrylic. We manually bend the neon strip and fix it on the floor, and finally connect the wires and light up to test the effect. Each step is to be carefully crafted.

**. How long will it take to make the sign.
All signs are ordered to made. Generally I need 3~5 days to make. It will be delay if too many pending orders. Please tell me if you have estimate deliver date.
