Yes, we do combined shipping for multiple plants in one order. Kyles Orchids is dedicated to providing the most economical means of transit with pricing that's easy to understand.

How do we package orchids for transit?

Orchids are first wrapped with shredded newspaper to keep the soil medium in place. Then, a layer of recycled newspaper or plastic is fastened around the entire plant and taped tightly together. The bottom of the box is lined with shredded newspaper and the plant is placed inside. Finally, the plant is taped to the box and another layer of shredded newspaper is packed tightly to ensure no movement of the plant happens in transit. Perishable stickers are placed on all sides of the exterior of the box.

Wholesale Availability

We choose not to publicly advertise our wholesale prices to the public, but we do offer wholesale orders by request. Contact us if you want to learn more about wholesale pricing. Minimum number of plants ordered to qualify for wholesale pricing is 24.

Damaged In Transit? Don't Sweat it!

If any of your plants arrive damaged, send us photos within 72 hours, and we will compensate you on a case-by-case basis. All packages are automatically ensured up to $100 for free across all shipping services. However, we do not cover damage from excessive heat/cold if the package arrives on time and you use a shipping service with estimated delivery times of greater than 2 days.

How Do I Take Care of This? I can't even pronounce the name...

If this sounds like you, don't worry! At one point, I was there, too! That's why all of our plants have detailed care sheets available by request. Simply send us a message, and we will provide a care sheet inside the box, send you a link to the American Orchid Society Website, and answer any questions you may have.
