Most of my designs, such as this Tortoise Shell design, are my original art (not clip art!) 2. STICKER VS INSERT: I will immediately message you on Etsy and ask if you are using your order as an insert or sticker. PLEASE CHECK MESSAGES. If you use your order as an Insert, it is still a sticker but you do not peel off the backing.

3. MATERIALS: I use premium vinyl stickers with a laminate on top. The laminate makes the sticker/insert water resistant.

4. WHAT's NOT INCLUDED: this order is only for the sticker or insert. It does NOT include the NMJL card and it does NOT include a plastic sleeve (message me if you are interested in purchasing a sleeve separately).

5. RETURNS: I do not accept returns or perform refunds but please let me know if something isn't right and I’ll fix it right Immediately! Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me!

6. Message me on Etsy if you want something you don't see on my site. I have tons of custom designs and many that may match your mat.

PLEASE READ SHIPPING DISCLAIMERS: To keep your shipping cost low I only charge $2 for shipping and to do that, I ship via USPS FLAT mail. That means there is NO TRACKING on your order. Please do not trust the Etsy tracking: IT IS NOT REAL TRACKING. If your order shows "pre-order"it was still shipped! I am a thorough and prompt shipper. I keep meticulous records of when I shipped your order. Please reach out to me if you aren't sure. USPS flat can take anywhere from 3-10 business days to deliver your order. If your order does not arrive in this timeframe, I will pay for FEDEX ($11.95) myself and remake your order. This is something most sellers would never do, but your satisfaction is that crucial to me. Just message me!

Please know that I (nor any Etsy seller) have control over USPS, but I can, and will, provide you with the best customer service!! If USPS loses your order, I will remake it after 10 days.
