Why does my charm look like it's scratched!?

You need to peel off the protective film. This is how I receive them from the manufacturer, and I keep the film on so it does not get scratched in the mail. I currently do not offer removing the film prior to mailing out orders because I want to minimize damage to the acrylic! My package is lost! What do I do?

Please check with other members of the household to see if they took the package and didn't realize. If nobody in your household has it, reach out to your postal service/local post office. In some cases, the package is delayed-- in others, the package updated to "delivered" as a glitch and will be delivered within a few days. If your package does not show up once delivered, and you've waited a few days, there is not much that can be done by me. Please open a case with Etsy. I will not send replacements for orders that are marked as delivered. If your package is lost in the middle of shipment, I will open a case with USPS to get a refund, and if that fails, you'll be able to open a case with Etsy.

Why is my package late?

I do my best to ship packages out within the time period given to the customer. Sometimes, I get incredibly busy and will end up shipping it out a day or two after the "ship by" date. If your package is late and I shipped it on time, it is due to the postal service experiencing delays.

Can you change my address after I've placed an order?

No, for both your protection and mine, I will not ship to an address that is not on the original order/receipt.
