Now that it is getting cold out, you must purchase a heat pack and or priority shipping to claim DOA and frozen plant issues. They can both be both in my shop under shipping supplies and priority shipping is 50% off of normal pricing. Please be aware that plants are shipped from Connecticut and temperatures are already dropping.
If you are ordering plants/aquatic plants especially from the Midwest or West Coast I highly recommend adding priority shipping as all orders are shipped ground advantage no matter where. - only need to add 1 per order
Ice pack for plant purchases only. If no plants are purchased with ice pack; the order will be canceled. You do not need to purchase a ice pack, but seller is not responsible for weather conditions, temperature or delays in buyer and seller areas that affect the condition of the plant.
