How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing times will vary depending on the items ordered. You can find our processing time in each individual listing. After processing, your order is shipped with the shipping option you select at check-out. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 days and may be delayed during peak seasons. Expedited options typically arrive in 2-3 days. Add the processing time and shipping time from your selected shipping option to get the estimated arrival date!

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately we cannot cancel your order after it is placed since we begin production on orders very quickly.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Unfortunately, we cannot change your address on your order after it is placed. We will only ship to the address that you entered on your order.

My order says it is delivered but I haven't received it. What do I do?

Sometimes the mail carrier may mark a package as delivered before delivering. Typically when this happens the package will be delivered in the next couple of days. If you still do not receive your package contact your local post office and they will help you track it down. Feel free to message us for help!

I received the wrong item / I received a damaged item. What do I do?

Before we package an order we do our best to check to ensure it is perfect, but mistakes unfortunately happen. We are sorry for any inconvenience our mistake caused you. Just send us a message with a photo of the item attached and we will process a replacement or refund.

I'm not going to be home, can I change my delivery to a Carrier Access Point?

Yes, however it is the sole responsibility of the customer to pick up any packages that they change delivery locations for. If the customer does not pick up their package at their selected access point, and the carrier returns to sender (Chic Sips Boutique), the order Will Not be refunded. If the customer still wants the purchased item/items that was returned to us, they will need to pay full shipping costs for us to resend their item/items to the address the order was placed under. All orders are final and non refundable.

Do you issue Refunds/Exchanges?

No, unfortunately we do not issue refunds or exchanges due to most of our items being personalizable. However, if there is an issue with your order please contact us.

Can I leave the personalization box blank when placing my custom order, if I made my personalization request via Etsy Messages with the owner?

No, all personalized orders must be placed with the correct and exact personalization request for each custom item. We require that all items that are to be personalized be added to the cart one at a time with the custom request added to the personalization box for each item. We are not able to process orders that only contain the custom request via Etsy Messages. Your custom request must be added by you to your actual order to serve as a final formal confirmation of your custom request.
