HOW THIS WORKS:

• We will digitally illustrate a photo of your pet, then embroider it on a high quality, durable and versatile tote bag. We will send a proof for your approval first — nothing is sewn until you love it! If you can’t respond in 24h, message us to extend your window. Should you wish to swap your photo, a new digitization fee ($5) applies.

• After you place your order, please send us your pet's photo(s) + name via Etsy message. **Please send a high-quality photo - the better the quality, the better the sweatshirt. If unsure, please send a few photos and I'll pick one.**


**** Please expect the following from your new bag:
1. Machine markings around the design. This is normal and is to be expected.
2. Slight color variations from the mockup to the actual embroidery. No embroidery can mimic the mockup 100%, but we will do our best to match it.
3. Possible loose (excess) thread on or around your embroidery. We will try our best to clip the excess thread, but if you notice some loose thread upon receiving your bag, do not fret. It will not ruin your embroidery and you can feel free to clip it gently.
