What are our terms of use

The purchase of a template is for personal use (unless stated otherwise in the listing description). You can edit, save and download your template unlimited times for editing and proofing purposes. Our templates have no download limit or expiry. Unfortunately our designs aren't for commercial use or resale.

Can I change the size of the listings?

We have created our templates using Canva – if you have a Canva pro account you will be able to resize them as needed. If you need us to resize a template for you can purchase a custom resize add on from our shop. https://www.etsy.com/shop/cosmobranding?ref=dashboard-header§ion_id=46224084 For free Canva accounts you can try resizing the template yourself but it does require additional steps and reformatting of the design. Do you offer printing?

No unfortunately at this time we do not offer printing.

Can you edit the template for me?

Unfortunately we do not do any editing for customers our templates self editing and we include basic Canva editing guide and Video Tutorials with every purchase to help assist you with how to edit them. They are easy to edit using the free software Canva which can be done on Laptop or Mobile Devices. If you have any issues please feel free to reach out to us

Can I change the background on the template?

FOR PLAIN BACKGROUND TEMPLATES (No Pattern background) If you purchased a template using a plain background colour then you can change the colour by clicking on the background and changing the colour to what you need or selecting the background layer in the layers section of Canva and changing the colour from there. FOR ELEMENT BACKGROUND TEMPLATES (Patterned background) You can not change the colour of templates which use an element as a background however you can apply filters to change the tones. To remove or adjust the element of the background you need to double click on the background and you can either adjust the position or remove it completely and replace with a just a plain colour background or a different element of your choice.

I am unable to access my digital download

Your digital download is available to you immediately after purchase however there are a number of reasons that you may not get access: 1. You are using the Etsy App and not Etsy Web Browser. Your will need to log into your Etsy Account using your device Internet Browser, and check under Purchases and Reviews to access your order for download. 2. You have multiple Etsy Accounts. Double check you are signed into the same account you purchased the item from and check under Purchases and Reviews to access your order for download. 3. You used an automated Apple ID at checkout. When checking out using apple ID and not logged into your Etsy account you may not see your digital download. In this case please get in touch with your order number.

HOW IT WORKS?
STEP 1: Purchase the digital product through Etsy
STEP 2: Access your file instantly through Your Account > Purchases > Download (Use a web browser not the Etsy app for access)
STEP 3: Open the pdf and click on the template links
STEP 4: Open canva.com (create a free account) and start editing your template.
STEP 5: Download in JPG, PNG or PDF format.

Once loaded into your CANVA account the design can be edited on a desktop, tablet or mobile device.

> You can also visit your local printing supplier if you prefer such as FedEx, Office Depot, Staples, Walmart etc.

PRINTING NOTES:
>Make sure the setting in the printing is set to 100% scale and NOT Fit to Page, as this will distort the size.
