To return an item, please contact us on Etsy. Once we agree on return, It must be place securely place in its original packaging and the return form provided, then mail your return to our given address on Etsy. Please note, You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Customers must contact us prior to initiating any return. We will not be responsible for any damage, loss, or refund if the return is made without prior communication.

4. What is the process for the refund?

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least four (4) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
