✍️ HOW TO PERSONALIZE

In the personalization box, type babies name up to 12 letters, including any characters or spaces.
We will make exactly what you provide in the personalized box, so please double-check the name you have entered before ordering. Any issues related to your errors will not be supported once the order has been produced.
The baby's name will be customized on 1 line unless otherwise requested. If you would like two lines, please request in your order notes to seller section. We will then customize on two centered lines, this will also make the letters smaller if the name is too long.

✅ Any problems caused by our side will be handled with a replacement for free. Please provide us with specific pictures and videos if the product is damaged.
❌ However, we do not accept return or refund requests due to customer errors such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, shipping address, etc.

❌ Orders cannot be canceled after placement. Please consider carefully before ordering, especially personalized orders. As our products are print-on-demand, and due to our rapid turnaround time, once an order is submitted, it goes to production in a very short amount of time; therefore, WE CANNOT MAKE CHANGES ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACED.
