Yes. Enter your personalization in the designated personalization box exactly as you want it printed or embroidered, including spelling, capitalization, and punctuation. We copy and paste personalization as submitted unless we need to confirm a detail with you.

Can I request a custom design or custom piece and Can I see a proof before you make it?

Yes. We’re happy to work with buyers on custom designs and custom pieces when possible. Please send us a message with your idea, and we’ll let you know what options are available. Proofs are not automatically included with every order. If you would like a proof for a custom item, please message us before placing your order. Please note that timely responses to proof approvals or design questions help keep your order on schedule, as delays in communication may affect shipping timelines.

How long will my order take and How long is shipping time in the United States?

Most orders are made and shipped within 3–10 business days. Delivery time after shipping will vary based on the product, shipping method selected, and destination. Please note that custom orders or delays in responding to proof or personalization questions may extend the timeline.

Because many items are made to order and may go into production quickly, changes and cancellations can only be made before production begins.
