• I have 5 generic controller images that I can put on your stand, please make sure to let me know in the PERSONALISATION BOX under the drop down menus if you would like one of these on your stand, and which one you would like. There is a picture on the listing to show these.

•This is compatible with most gaming controllers and headphones/headsets (adult or child).

•Your stand is made from 18mm high quality MDF painted and sealed. It is a very sturdy stand (one thing often commented about in reviews) it comes joined and glued and ready to use. There should be a little give between the headphone slats, but this is solid, and designed to last well over time.

•Approximate dimensions are: 280mm x 200mm x 250mm, this is a lot bigger and heavier than it looks in the photos.  Approximate weight is 1.3kg. Made from high quality moisture resistant MDF.

•I send a picture of your stand once it is made before posting, to make sure you are happy with it. Make sure to double check spellings etc. at this point. If I don't here back from you in 24 hours I will send it out without approval.

•These are quite large and heavy and will need to be placed on a steady flat surface. Please be aware these are not toys and should not be near babies and young children. Dust with a dry cloth.

•High quality permanant vinyl is used for the personalisation which will last well over time if looked after. You can wipe gently with a damp cloth if you get a mark on it, but do not rub or pick at it.

The Free UK Postage is Evri Tracked which usually takes 3-5 working days, you can track this in the My Purchase section of Etsy, if it isn't with you in the expect3d window please let me know.

Or you can upgrade Evri Tracked Expedited postage which usually takes 1-2 working days (this upgrade only upgrades the postage, I am afraid I can't work any faster than my current processing times)

International postage is with via Evri courier tracked postage which should take 9-11 working days but can take up to 1-2 months.

Please note that at peak times, postage can sometimes take longer than the postal carriers stated times, I wish I had some control over this but unfortunately I don't. Feel free to message me if it doesn't arrive in the expected window.

Please note.....

Please double check you enter the delivery address correctly. Any mistakes occurring from an incorrect address will be at the buyers expense. The most common mistake is customers leaving off a house number, and not updating their address when they have moved, so please double check these.

Please make sure that you check your order upon delivery for any damage that may have occurred during postage. This rarely happens, but it must be claimed within 14 days of receipt of your item.

As a personalised item, this cannot be returned... but I always send photos to you of your finished item before I post it, to check you are happy with it. Please make sure you check your Etsy messages (or your email spam mail) for my pictures and let me know if there are any problems before it gets sent to you. I will wait 24 hours from the 1st message I send, before I will post it without approval.
*I can create the personalisation in any language. However please make sure it is perfectly phrased in the personalisation box (capitals, grammar and punctuation), so that I can copy directly from you order - because I won't know what it means to correct it.

* PLEASE NOTE - I am finding more and more that Etsy puts unrealistic 'arrive by' dates on my listings. I can't change the dates it gives you, I set my processing time window for each product I make (this will vary for each listing as different items take different times to make).
I rarely go over these times (on the rare occasion this is likely to happen, I always message customers to let them know).
Then I tell Etsy the postage method. Etsy then tells you a best and worst case date, based on postage times (which are often a best case scenario rather than what I think are more accurate/normal times).
When Etsy tell you the best arrival date, it is very rare it will ever arrive on this date.
I urge all my lovely customers to message me if you need something for a specific date, if it is possible - I will try my best, if it is not possible - I will be honest with you.
UK customers do have the option to upgrade to next day postage at checkout which will speed up postage, (but I still need time to make your order so it won't always speed up my processing times).
Delivery issues are incredibly frustrating for buyers and sellers and I will try my best to fix any issues that arise.
