Cancellations

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase, provided your order has not yet entered production.
Once your artwork or product moves into processing or printing, cancellations can no longer be accepted.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your item is in production.

1. Digital Artwork

All digital artworks are custom-made and therefore non-refundable.
However, if you’re not satisfied with the watermarked preview provided for approval, we’ll refund 50% of your payment as a gesture of goodwill.

If a file is corrupted, missing, or doesn’t match the product description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll provide a corrected version at no additional cost.

2. Physical Products (Print-on-Demand)

Some products are printed and shipped through trusted third-party providers.

Damaged, misprinted, or defective items may qualify for a free replacement.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item, including clear photos of the issue.

Refunds for physical items are subject to the print provider’s policy. While Maison à la Grâce cannot process direct returns, we will assist in liaising with the provider to resolve the matter promptly.

We’re unable to accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or minor colour variations caused by screen or device differences.

3. Cancellations (Custom Orders)

Once work has begun on a digital or custom design, cancellations are not possible.

For physical items, cancellations can only be made if production has not yet started with the print provider.

4. Responsibility

Maison à la Grâce is responsible for the artistic design and delivery of digital files.

Printing quality, shipping times, and logistics are managed by our third-party print partners.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details and shipping information.
