💕All breastcollar/headstall sets are made for the average horse, but can potentially be done in Cobb and or other sizes. If you need a different size please message me in advance before placing your order.

🌺Sets do not come with reins.

🐂 Leather shade may differ slightly from the photo.

🌲 Sometimes we may not have a specific material to complete the set "i.e hardware- concho in the photo" In such cases you will be contacted and offered alternative materials to choose from "which we have tons of stuff to select from" and or the option for a refund.

🤠 SADDLES
Every saddle is fully customizable but do etsy's limitations we can really only offer so many variations. We can change things like the hardware if you need a different color, want a different concho, even some of the seat inlays like if you wanted a designer inspired seat inlay. To the leather color... We can even change the horn on some of them. But you need to message us in advance to arrange customizations.
Gullet size- please shoot us a message before purchase with your seat size and what gullet you will need before you purchase as we do not honor returns on saddles.

🤝RETURNS & REFUNDS
*We do take returns on listed tack sets however they need to be no more than 7 days after arrival but need to be in NEW and unused condition and not be custom.
*Returns are only honored in cases of quality "broken buckstitch, structural integrity, things that cannot be repaired at home" and/or shipping damage to the product.
*We do not take returns on custom order items I.e add on matching pieces unless we fail to follow major instructions on things that cannot be easily fixed such as sending replacement hardware ie conchos.
*💎Rhinestone policy - If it arrives missing a bunch of stones "hasn't happened yet for us but..." what than? You and I know the postal service isn't always known for its most gentle handling... And something so delicate shipping from across the world at breakneck pace could potentially encounter abuse along the way. So we want to be prepared to meet you in the middle. We will either honor a return or we can do a credit and send you the tools and stones to replace it yourself in a matter of days.
*We not offer returns on saddles at this time.
* Cancelations are not honored as all items are made to order.
*Items need to be returned in new and unused condition. Removal of any tag will result in loss of credit. Products need to be returned in the exact way that they arrived. Tags paperwork anything It all needs to come back with the item. Because the items ship for free return postage is on the customer.
*We will only do refunds on orders delayed more than 6 days. Please keep in mind a lot of my items are made to order items, delays can happen but they are communicated.
