• Typical processing: 2–5 business days; shipping time varies by location
• Ships in sturdy protective packaging—larger sizes rolled in a rigid tube, smaller sizes shipped flat; tracking provided
• Damage window & proof: If your print arrives damaged, contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item; I’ll arrange a replacement
• Wrong address/delivery scans: Orders ship to the address provided at checkout. If a carrier marks an order Delivered and it’s not received, or if the address was entered incorrectly, replacement/reship costs are the buyer’s responsibility
• No guaranteed delivery dates: Estimated dates are not guarantees; carrier or holiday delays are outside my control.
• Items in the same order may ship separately.

Cancellations or address changes
• Accepted within 2 hours of purchase or before production begins (whichever comes first). Orders can move into production quickly; once an order shows being fulfilled, changes and cancellations aren’t possible.

Each print is produced after you order it. Made to order just for you. That adds a little time, but it keeps quality high and waste low. We print on archival paper and ship from the closest lab to you for quicker delivery.
