❖ We are not responsible for the fact that you have been measured incorrectly and your measurements are incorrect and as a result the dress does not fit you. The photo where you need to measure is presented in the photo section. ❖ In my shop the size scale is different. Please read the clothing description and find your size. ❖ The belt- sash belong to the clothing as you see in picture. ❖ The clothing which are ordered not together but in some intervals then I can't say that they will be from the same roll or same shade.

❖ VELVET CLOTHES: You can use machine wash at low temperature and dry in the dryer. Please do not iron the clothes, even after washing. Enough only strongly shake it. That velvet looks smooth, you can do that with steam machine. ------------------------------ ❖ SATIN CLOTHES: It's possible to wash satin in a washing machine on the gentle cycle, using a liquid detergent and low temperature. Can be dried in the dryer. If you take it out of the dryer immediately after drying, you will not need to iron the garment. IRONING: Steam iron if necessary. Using an iron, always do it on the wrong side of the fabric.

Do you accept return and exchange?

All our items which were made by your measurements are custom made and that’s why they cannot be returned or exchanged. Right away after order, each customer receive automatic message from Etsy, asking to check the size you picked. Please be advised, each brand has their own size chart, same as we are. There is no standard size chart exist.

❖ ALTERATION: Any customization is possible - just feel free to contact with us about this. We will try to do all to sewing perfect dress for you, but due to custom online order be ready for some local ALTERATIONS when you receive your dress. You can always get altered it by your local seamstress, if that will be needed - plan your budget according to this please. ❖ Sometimes the length of the skirt can be a little longer, it just so happens. It is better to get a slightly longer than shorter ;) ❖ As the garments are made only by your given measurements, we can't accept the RETURNS. We all have different body types and that garment won't find it's person.

Customs and import taxes

❖❖ IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR USA CUSTOMERS: All orders to the USA are shipped via FedEx, delivery typically takes 4-7 days. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Due to newly implemented U.S. tariffs effective August 29, 2025, all products imported from Europe are now subject to a 15% tariff. Since all our orders are shipped via FedEx, the carrier is responsible for collecting these import fees. In a few days or weeks after your order is delivered, FedEx will send you an additional invoice for: ~15% of the order value (U.S. import tariff) ~$4.50 FedEx administration fee These charges are required by U.S. customs and are not included in the Etsy checkout price.

I hope you understand that colors may vary slightly from each batch of paint. Also, colors on phone screens may look different than what you see in store photos.
