How does the ordering process work?

1️⃣ You may place an order anytime. During business hours, I will use Etsy messages to send a link to the PDF of options to select your figure options. (If is after my business hours, I will message you the next business day or you can send me a message and my auto-reply will also provide you with the link to the PDF of options). 2️⃣ Reply to the message with your figure selections (or photos with request to make hair and face suggestions). 3️⃣ I will send a preview for your review and feedback within 1-2 business days of receiving your figure selections. 4️⃣ Upon approval of the preview, I aim to ship by the next business day. 📸 Listing photos are examples only, you get to select your options to make it a one-of-a-kind gift!

Do I need to send a photo?

🤳You are welcome to send photos of the person or people you would like the figures to resemble. I am happy to offer suggestions for hair and face. I find that most people prefer to review all the options available in the PDF to best capture their style, especially for clothing. 📩 Figure option selections and photo(s) can be sent via Etsy messages. Please note that the ability to include attachments via messages may be restricted by Etsy until after an order is placed or until I reply to your message.

Can you print a logo, team name or special design on a shirt? Do you 3D print items?

🚫 I am unable to print designs onto the figure pieces. Please note that adding logos, team names, and other trademarked elements is prohibited, as I do not have permission from all parties to do so. 🚫 I do not create or 3D print items. ✅ I focus on providing a large variety of authentic pieces for creating unique figures. I offer hundreds of choices for faces, hair styles and colors, and outfits, allowing for figures as unique as the person they represent. 📝 PLEASE NOTE: We are a small handmade shop not associated with the LEGO Group. What are your business hours?

🕐Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm ET 🕗I will check messages after hours and on weekends when available. During peak gifting seasons, I often process orders on weekends also. However, this is not guaranteed as I try to prioritize my off-hours for family time. 🛒You may place your order anytime and message me anytime and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Do you offer gift wrap? How can I keep the contents a surprise?

📦 Standard packaging is shown in each listing. Shipping boxes are closed with blue branded tape. 🎁 Gift wrap is available during check out and a preview of the wrapping style is shown. 😯 Wanting to keep the package contents a surprise? Let me know that it is a surprise and that you prefer I black out the shop name on the return address and also use plain tape to close the box, instead of bright blue branded shipping tape. 🫶 I'm happy to include a handwritten note if sending directly to the gift recipient. Just mark it as a gift and ask me to include a handwritten card.

How can I track the order and what do I do if something happens during shipping?

🚚 To track your shipped order, visit the tab labeled "Purchases and Reviews" within your Etsy account. 💔 If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to me via messages as soon as possible so that I can help fix any issues. Please retain all packaging, take photos of packaging and damaged items. All damage must be reported within 14 days of delivery. ❓If your order should have arrived but it has not been delivered, reach out to me and I can help investigate the issue and provide next steps to resolve it.
