1. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Due to the nature of our handmade products and the fact that most items are made to order, we maintain a strict policy on returns and exchanges.

* Conditions for Acceptance: We gladly accept returns only if the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if we made a mistake (e.g. sent the wrong bundle size or design.) Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the issue.

* Damaged/Defective items: We will issue a full refund or send a replacement once we verify the damage.

* Items We Cannot Accept: We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
❌ Change of Mind (Buyer’s Remore)
❌ Items damaged due to misuse (please see our care guide.)
❌ Shipping delays caused by the carrier.
❌ Damage caused by the customer opening the packaging.

* Buyer is responsible for Return Shipping costs: If a return is accepted, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

2. Cancellations

* Cancellation Window: You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase.
* After 2 Hours: once the 2-hour window has passed, we may have already started designing, printing, or laminating your order. We reserve their ight to deny cancellation requests after production has begun.

3. Processing and Shipping

We use clear guidelines to distinguish between our production time and the carrier’s delivery time.

* Processing Time (Our Time to Create): All orders require 1-2 Business Days to be processed, designed, and packaged for shipping. This does not include weekends or holidays.
* Shipping Time (Carrier Time): Once shipped, delivery time is out of our control and depends on the carrier (USPS, etc.). We are not responsible for delays once the package is accepted by the carrier.
* Shipping Address: Please ensure your address on file with Etsy is correct. We cannot offer refunds for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
