Seller's description

Every subscription on one screen: what you pay per month and per year, what is charged next and when, which free trials end before you get billed, and the next 12 months of charges. Type the name, cost, billing cycle and first payment; next charge, days left, per month and per year fill in. Dark mode, for Excel and Google Sheets.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Settings: your name, currency symbol and the alert window (7 days by default). Rename the 20 categories and 10 payment methods if you like.
2. Subscriptions: one row each. Cost, billing cycle (weekly, every 2 weeks, monthly, quarterly, every 6 months, yearly), first payment date, status, trial end date if any.
3. Read the Dashboard. It updates itself.

WHAT'S INSIDE (4 tabs)
• Dashboard: active subscriptions, per month, per year, this month's charges, how many renew and how many trials end inside your alert window; the next 15 charges sorted by date; by category; by billing cycle; next 12 months with a chart
• Subscriptions: 300 rows with per month, per year, next charge, days left and a Check column; renewals and trial ends inside the alert window turn yellow, cancelled rows are struck through
• Settings with 20 category slots, 10 payment methods and the billing cycles
• Instructions tab, plus an Example workbook filled with 28 subscriptions

WHY IT'S EASY
• Next charge is a formula: the first charge on or after today, stepping from the first payment by the billing cycle, forever
• Any cycle becomes a monthly number: a $4 weekly plan is $17.33 a month, a $120 yearly plan is $10
• Free trials: enter the day a trial converts and its end date; the Dashboard counts trials ending soon and highlights them
• Paused and Cancelled rows stay for your records and leave every total
• Nothing counts by mistake: a missing cost, cycle or date, or a cycle or status outside the lists, shows what to fix in Check and is left out until fixed
• Formula cells are protected, so nothing breaks by accident (unlock any time, no password)

WHAT YOU GET
• Excel file (.xlsx) for Excel 2019, 2021 and Microsoft 365, plus an Example workbook
• Google Sheets version (link in the PDF, make your own copy in one click)
• Step-by-step instructions PDF
• Instant download after purchase, 2 files
