Several items purchased, none were shipped. A few days after the expected delivery date I messaged the seller and no one responded. I had to open a case with PayPal to get a refund. Still haven’t heard from anyone, and still waiting for the refund… what a headache.
The item arrived a month after the order was placed (3 - 5 day lead time is noted on the description) and only after a refund via paypal was initiated and a replacement was already purchased. I reached out to the seller twice (3 days apart) with no response whatsoever prior to initiating the refund.
The quality is nice except where it is needed. The inside of the hook is roughly cut on the left side. Also, the inside of the hook from one side to the other is much higher on the left side than on the right. This should not have been sent out this way. Would like a replacement. Shipping was fast. The wood is painted in a gold color over the hook and the rest of the needle is smooth and has a nice finish. This is made in India. Which is fine just good to know I thought it was made here in the US.
I ordered this on Nov. 16, it arrived on Dec. 3. I will not order from here again. When I contacted the shop about a week after I placed the order, I was informed that the label was created but the employees hadn’t sent it out yet. Not a good reason. No postal or weather issues involved.
