I actually just reached out the the seller about exchanging/returning this item, or other options. The quality really feels like something I might get from a turn-rack at the mall and I was unable to clasp it even on the longest setting. I noticed 2 other pieces I received were also pretty light/thin/flimsy, however I was able to wear the other items, so preferred not to reach out about those.
