Mugs and tumblers are microwave (except metal tumblers and bottles) and dishwasher printed using a sublimation mug printer. All other items are made from scratch when you order: my design is printed on the fabric or material and the item is then sewn together.

Shipping times cannot be guaranteed since there are many factors to consider (distance, natural disasters, postal strikes) but on average, items take 1-4 days to manufacture or print (Etsy is a handmade marketplace) and usually arrive to customers between 7-14 days from ordering. Other times take 10 - 18 to arrive after ordering. Again, these are just estimates based on averages.
