I ship all items with a tracking number. Regular shipping takes 7-9 business days. Express shipping takes 2-3 business days. Items over $500 are shipped express for free. For items under $500, you can ask for shipping upgrade during check out. If you choose express shipping, please write your phone number in the note to seller on in a message. Shipping time is estimated, delays may occur due to local customs or other reasons out of my control.

Returns\Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to me. If there is any problem with your order, please contact me and I will do my best to find a solution. For returns, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Personalized, and custom orders CANNOT be returned unless they arrived damaged.

According to Etsy's policy, buyers are responsible for all charges that are applied in their country when they are ordering from abroad. This includes VAT, customs, import taxes etc.

Your order will be shipped to the address you wrote on Etsy. Packages returned to us, due to a wrong address (or no claim) will be re-shipped with additional cost. If the shipping address is of a workplace, hotel or any other public location - I cannot be responsible for any delay or lost packages.
