Clear bobo balloons are so much fun and versatile for numerous balloon craft and party decor ideas.Made from clear latex and can be stretched to a recommended distance of 20 inches. This balloons can be used with helium or air. There are no other accessories included. They look great with chrome confetti or feathers.

PLEASE NOTE: These balloons can be safely inflated to 12-18 inches. Also if using helium make sure to tie them several times and use a rubber band around the knot for safety.
