If you have a design in mind that you don't already see in my shop, or if you see one of my designs that you would like to tweak, I will be more than happy to work with you! I will not however copy another designer's work, so please don't ask. Thank you!

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of digital downloads, once they are purchased they cannot be returned. I will be more than happy to help should you have any issues though.

What are SVG, DXF, and PNG files?

SVG files are scalable vector graphics used for Cricut Explore, Silhouette Designer Edition, Adobe Suite, Inkspace, Corel Draw and more. They are usually made in layers (if a color design) and are very easy to edit to your needs. DXF files work where SVGs do not in most cases. If you have an older version of Silhouette, these come ready to cut and are easy to use. PNG images have a transparent background and are in high-quality 300 dpi. These work great for iron on transfers, clipart, and more.

How am I allowed to use your files?

You may use my files for your commercial projects as long as they are produced by you. You may NOT use them with a direct-to-print company such as Amazon, custom ink, tee spring, etc. I'm a small business, and I want to help and support other small businesses who make items themselves. - You will receive two high resolution 300dpi files. One with a transparent background (PNG) and one JPG with a white background. These are easy to use for sublimation printing or for printing on iron on transfer paper.

-This is not a SVG that will work with design space or silhouette studio. It is up to you to determine if this file type will work with the software you have available.

- All artwork is designed and drawn by me, making these designs 100% unique. I retain all rights to my images, and you MAY NOT resell them as a digital file in any form. My files are for physical end products such as shirts, mugs, etc.

*** Can I make items, add your designs and then sell the items?

Yes! You can absolutely sell physical end products, this includes shirts, mugs, pillows, etc.

***Can I sell transfers with your designs if I choose to start selling subl transfers?

Yes, you may sell up to 200 Transfers, I just ask that you buy this listing again if you go past that amount. & Please don’t claim the artwork as your own.

***If I purchase a design element - such as a frame or background, can I use it as as an element in a design, and then add to it to sell?

Yes, feel free to add text, etc. to the elements you purchase to sell your own physical end products. I just ask my designs not be resold digitally as I am hand drawing, lettering, and designing all sublimation designs you see. I want both my original art and your purchase to be protected. :)
