What is your current turnaround/production time?

Our production times are always kept up to date. When ordering, you will be presented with an estimated shipping and arrival date. Your order will be shipped no later than the date stated, as we never go past our shipping dates.

Do you accept cancellations?

We do accept cancellations. If cancelling within 24 hours of placing the order, you will be refunded in full. After 24 hours, cancellations will be partially refunded, minus the supply cost of the item.

This yarn wig is made to order in the size of your choice, please keep reading for more sizing information. Wigs are made on a nylon blend cap using hot glue, not knitted or crocheted.
Production/Shipping times are always kept up to date, so the estimated arrival dates you see listed are accurate. Offseason domestic production/shipping times are about 2 weeks, with longer production times July-October due to Halloween season.

Quality is good. Shipping does take a long time. Packaging could be a lot better! Especially for the price you pay. But my costume was a big hit! And the wig totally completed it!
