Can I sell finished items made from your patterns?

Yes! I hope you sell many items made from my patterns! All I ask is that you credit me as the pattern designer.

Do you offer bulk order discounts?

My poms are currently priced at "bulk order pricing". Most shops are able to offer "discounts" on their poms because they list them at a higher rate. Feel free to shop around and compare prices.

Why is my order taking so long to arrive?

I ship all orders within a couple of days of purchase. All orders are shipped via USPS. I have NO control over how long it takes USPS to deliver your package. I provide a tracking number with each order so you can track it online, or call them regarding the location of your order. If you would like to purchase insurance for your order, contact me PRIOR to placing an order. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST/UNDELIVERED MAIL

I purchased a pattern, why haven't you emailed it to me?

I do not email patterns. You will need to log onto your Etsy account through your WEB BROWSER, click on purchases & reviews, click on the pattern you purchased, click download. YOU CANNOT DOWNLOAD PATTERNS WITH THE APP.

*Fur lengths vary so your poms may measure anywhere from 5.25-6" in width from tip to tip of the longest strands.
*Long nylon cords attached
*Pom can be removable on beanies if you use a cord lock or button method to attach.
*Pom can also be sewn on to projects with a large eye, sharp needle.
*Made from a square cut of quality faux fur.

DIY SQUARE:

*Pre-cut square is approximately 5"
*This option is for the faux fur fabric piece ONLY- which means you would make the pom yourself.
*DOES NOT include other materials needed to make the pom.
*This is a great option if you are looking to save money by making your own poms.
*Youtube has plenty of tutorials on how to make poms!

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
May arrive flattened but you can shake them out and blow dry on medium heat to fluff back to shape.

*Each pom is handmade by me in a smoke free, pet free home.
