Custom and personalized orders

As all custom items that are made specifically at personal request, they are one of a kind and made specifically for the buyer, and therefore they cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled. These orders are final.

Dry clean. But it can be hand washed with a gentle soap (such as Woolite©). Drip dry. Important! DO NOT attempt to dry fur in a dryer. It will damage your fur. :-S

Measurement sizes indicated are estimated. Slight variations can occur as the pieces are handmade. Sizing can appear different online than in person. Double check the sizes of the pieces you are interested in against ones in the detailed description (for costumes accessories).

Pieces may not appear exactly as photographed due to changes or availability in materials, dye lots of and other exceptional situations. Also there can be a slight color differences based on your monitor settings and screen resolutions.

All of our pieces are shipped in a plastic mailing envelope. They are packed carefully according of each material and need of protection. Samples are shipped in a letter envelope without tracking. However, after receiving it, you may need to do additional "fluffing" and "straightening" on it, as it may shift during shipping time. Return of items ordered in "bulk" (more than 6 items in the same order)

We don't accept returns ordered in "bulk". We can exchange items that didn't fit or need to be fixed.

Return rules for all items

We don't accept returns. The cases below are not refundable as well: * Item was refused upon delivery. * An incorrect address was provided by the customer. * Item was returned to sender for any reason other than USPS damaged the package. (Incl. postal delays.) In case an exception is made and the seller will accept the return: * Items that have been altered, cut, used, washed, dried, contain smells/odors, or are stained in any way will have a bigger % fee deducted. - Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost. - Although we try to do our best, due to the nature of the business, customer will be charged $6.99 or 20% return fee whichever is higher plus the cost of shipping paid by the seller to send the order originally.

♥ CONTENT: 1 (ONE) piece of Rainbow Patch faux fur as shown in the pictures. Pictures of products and besides other colors are just illustrative. The SIZE needs to be chosen using the dropdown box upon checkout. If you need a size that is not available, please search at our inventory at Amazon marketplace (at google, for example search by "bianna creations rainbow 8x8". Samples are small pieces found at the moment of the order. All our fur is hand-cut using the best techniques and tools available to ensure the final product exceeds your expectations.

♥ CHARACTERISTICS: Pile length about 2" Inches, Material: 80% Acrylic and 20% Polyester. This is a thick, super soft long pile fur. Machine wash on cold, delicate cycle, hang to dry. Faux fur products are luxurious and ethical alternatives with the look and feel of real fur without the cruelty.

♥ SHIPPING: We are committed to be the fastest shipping seller for faux fur. Most of our orders ship within 24 hours. We have a huge stock of all colors and all sizes ready to ship ;-). Also, some orders might be fulfilled by Amazon FBA, so don't be surprised if your order is delivered in an Amazon standard box. All our furs pieces are individually wrapped in a plastic bag and then in the polymail package. Double protection for your fur(s)!

♥ PURPOSE: Perfect for sewing, crafting, clothing, and decorating projects. Smaller sizes are best for gnome beards, dolls hair, fluffy slides, flying fishing, etc. Bigger pieces are best as materials for pillow covers, basket stuffer, photo prop, kids living room decor, sofa throw. Strips are best hood trim, dress trim, etc. The backing fabric is a soft but sturdy knit, making it easy to pin, sew and even staple through. Hot glue and other adhesives adhere remarkably well to the backing material, making this great for many projects. NOT SUITABLE FOR SHAVING.

Fur is beautiful- I love this brand for the quality. It’s one of the few faux fur fabrics that sheds less. Backing is thick enough to make it easy to work with. Seller responded quickly and was a pleasure to work with. I’ll be back for more!
