Yes we take custom or personalized orders - If any of the available design does not meet your requirement, please contact us and we would be happy to make a customized design for you. - If you want any other design and you have reference in mind, please share an example and We would be more than happy to make one for you. - To send a custom order request, please follow below steps. 1. Type Subject and send me your requirement and I would get back to you as soon as I can.

1. Please purchase listing by selecting turnaround time based on urgency and color/size. 2. While checking out, please provide details of your child and event to personalize design or you can even message me later. 3. I would design a customized file for you send it for proof (depending upon design). 4. Once you approve proof, I will email you high resolution, print ready JPEG file. You are not required to edit file or design. 5. Once you receive a file, you can easily and quickly print at printer of your choice.

Where and how can i print Digital files ?

You can print this file at your home or office depending upon item you purchased. Alternatively, you can also print this file at any printer of your choice - Staples, Costco, Sams Club, VistaPrint.com, Zazzle.com, Walgreens, CVS, Office depot/max, Walmart, local printers, etc. You can upload design to their website or walk in with flash drive to pickup from store or get it delivered to your doorstep. Please note that printed colors may vary from one computer to another and from one printer to another printer. If color is very important to you, we recommend you print a sample copy of an image shown in listing before purchasing. We recommend using thicker paper for items like Popcorn, cupcake toppers, invite, banner, bag, cards etc.

What is your refund and cancellation policy ?

We do not offer refund or exchange digital download listings or once a customized design has been delivered.
