"This beautifully painted crow clock is exactly the piece of art I was hoping to find to tell me the time. She's absolutely perfect - the colors and brush strokes as well as the expression on the crow's face! The delivery was fast and packed well. I appreciated the instruction card. Assembly (hanging the tail to the body and putting the battery in before setting the time with the dial in the back) and hanging the clock where I wanted all went well. "Update 7/18: unfortunately the hour hand seems to keep falling behind. It either gets stuck or too loose. The seller has tried to help us, but hard to tell what the right tension should be. Still love the decorative Totoro part of the clock itself - cute and well made. But the clock functionality is a bit too delicate and unreliable for us. The clock is very well made and exactly as advertised. You can smell the wood and the weight feels good quality. The customer service was exceptional - fast and understanding. We had a bit of confusion around installation (a bit loose for us), but the seller was helpful in resolving it for us."

"Upon arrival, the box was a tad beat up, but the clock looked amazing. Unfortunately, the clock mechanism was cracked and did not work, but the seller was incredibly responsive and nice.
