No. All plans are ready-made and sold as-is. We do not offer customizations, revisions, or modifications.
Can I use these plans to build a real house?
Yes, but these plans are not permit-ready. They must be finalized by a licensed engineer or architect to meet local building codes.
What kind of properties are these designs good for?
They are ideal for Tiny Homes, ADUs, Single Family, and Multi-Family homes (including duplexes, triplexes, or larger developments within 400–3,000 sqft).
When will I receive my files?
Files are available for instant download immediately after your payment is processed.
Can I edit these files myself?
You will receive a CAD file which a licensed engineer can modify. However, 422DesignStudio does not offer editable or customizable versions.
Can I resell these designs?
