All of our rugs — whether new or vintage — are thoroughly cleaned and ready to use upon delivery.
New Rugs arrive in pristine condition and require no additional cleaning.
Vintage Rugs have been professionally washed, cleaned, and restored before shipping, ensuring they’re fresh, hygienic, and in excellent shape.
General Maintenance
Vacuum regularly using suction only (no rotating brushes or beater bars). This helps remove surface dust and keeps the rug looking fresh.
Rotate your rug every 6–12 months to ensure even wear and fading.
🚫 Avoid Harsh Chemicals
Our rugs are dyed using natural, plant-based dyes. Using strong chemical cleaners or detergents may cause fading, discoloration, or damage to the wool pile.

Custom and personalised orders
Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device. Every monitor displays hues differently, and mobile screens — especially smartphones — tend to oversaturate colors, which can distort the true look of the rug.
