Can I return my handcrafted/Custom/Made-To-Order Piece?
Yes, we do accept domestic returns for our handcrafted/custom/made-to-order pieces. To receive a full refund, the item must be returned to our studio in the same condition and packaging as it was received within 7 days after it was delivered.
All shoulder pieces are FINAL SALE. All items excluding shoulder and headpieces are returnable. No Exceptions will be made. If an item is returned and it appears to be used, damaged, altered in anyway, no refund can be given. Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have regarding our handcrafted items.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please note: Due to import tariffs, duties, and customs regulations, all international orders are final sale.
You will need to return your unwanted item and place a new order through our shop. Please return your order in it's original packaging AND with the receipt to the address below. Not including the receipt will delay your return for 5-7 business days.
Please reach out to us for a return label. Once I receive it, I will issue you a return minus the $6 restocking fee. Processing time will be 3-5 business days after we've received your package.
