3 out of 5 starsThe pants aren’t bad, but they just aren’t what I was expecting. The color is a little off for me, and the material has more of a sheen finish than the pants advertised. I don’t like the way the material feels. It’s very rough. The overall construction is ok but the fastening button and closure is very cheap and flimsy. Overall I don’t think they were worth what I paid so I can’t recommend buying them.

4 out of 5 starsPackage looked small and felt light but once I opened the package this trench coat was better than I expected. The leather was good and thicker than I expected, very nice! A pleasant surprise, order with confidence. High recommended By the Blue Moose here in Canada

4 out of 5 starsThe coat itself is really good, exactly like the picture. The only thing was there were some instructions for the jacket which were not fulfilled in any way. Otherwise the coat is exceptional and beautiful!

1 out of 5 starsA cheaper and incorrect item was sent. I reached out to the seller and they said they would refund but I had to pay the shipping (very expensive) and they would not cover it even though it was their fault. We went back and fourth in conversation with him using tricky wording to seem like he would refund the shipping cost, however when I would directly ask him he said no. This seller wants you to get the item and keep it because it’s expensive to send it back. They will offer you a discount and let you keep it, and they make their money that way. THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SELLER. I finally agreed because I was getting nowhere and would be out less money than if I sent it back and paid shipping. Want to see the conversation? I always do my best to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Even though the customer said they didn’t like the item, I still issued a full refund to ensure they suffered no financial loss. I always treat my customers with respect and do my best to resolve any issues fairly. It is disappointing that, despite my efforts to make things right, I received a negative review.
