2 out of 5 starsThe seller was very responsive however the product personalisation was not very accurate and elements were missed out entirely, with a spelling mistake in the product also. I received the order later than my partners birthday, with it supposed to be available ahead of it, so was going to save it for valentines. However given the quality I requested a refund. I imagine other orders would have been executed well and would have been amazing though and hope this was a one off!
