I am a French artist based in Île-de-France. My work of drawing and sculpture stems from my practice of photography.
Born in the Paris region in 1991, I attended school in China where I am an expatriate with my parents. Back in France, I studied literature and English and then reoriented myself in art school. In 2019, I obtained the Diplôme national supérieur d'expression plastique (DNSEP) at the École supérieure d'art et de design TALM in Tours. I dedicate my dissertation to the forms of presence of the author-photographer in contemporary portraiture.
In recent years, I have been developing an imagery of interiority through the figures of drapery and reserve.
In parallel with my studies, I started photography in a self-taught way, marked by my memories and my childhood photos abroad. My interest in introspection stems from my relationship with the Other, especially in the experience of distance in my photographic practice. His photographs are thus the first source of inspiration for my plastic production.
Artiste pluridisciplinaire née à Courcouronnes, j'ai grandi et passé mon adolescence en Chine. Je travaille la photographie, le dessin et le volume dans mon atelier aujourd'hui à Paris.
Mon travail explore les interactions humaines et émotionnelles. Je m'inspire de mon expérience interculturelle et de ma fascination pour le lien avec autrui. En partant essentiellement de la photographie, trace d’un regard et d’une contenance dans l’espace occupé, partagé et négocié, je nourris une imagerie de l’intériorité parfois à la limite de l’abstraction.
