You can also sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account > Purchases > Download Files. Downloads don't work in the Etsy app, so please use a web browser. You can download your files again from Purchases whenever you need them.

Open the PDF with a free PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. In the print settings, choose the paper size that matches your file (A4 or US Letter) and set the scale to 100% or Actual size. Where a listing includes a low-ink version, use it to save ink. You can also take the files to a local print shop. Colours can look slightly different on paper than on screen.

Etsy doesn't offer returns on digital items, but if your files don't work (they won't download, open or print properly), message us on Etsy within 14 days of purchase and we'll help you fix it or refund you.

You can use the files for personal use and in your own business. That includes event planners using them at events they run for their clients. For example: parties, family gatherings, classroom or office events. Print as many copies as you need for those events, and hand them out to the guests there. Each license covers one buyer: every planner or business needs to buy their own copy. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files, printed or digital, in whole or in part.
