Care instructions
Sublimation is awesome it’s permanent and I am obsessed with it!
Shirts require no special wash care but iron on med only after you have sublimated your design.
Cups are technically dishwasher safe because to sublimate you need to heat it to minimum 360deg F and a dishwasher’s high temp is only 171deg F, but… your dish washer could be different. To be safe hand wash only to extend the life of your cup.

Lost or damaged package?
Please contact me and submit a claim with the shipping company USPS or UPS.
Don’t get rid of your package as they may ask for physical proof of damage. (it may need to be taken to USPS orUPS)
In order to file a claim, you will need to provide the following:
For damaged claims, you'll need to submit: 1) a photo of the entire damaged item; 2) photos of the external packaging (aka the outside of the box/envelope); 3) photos of the inside of the box/envelope with any packaging materials you used
For missing shipments, you'll need to wait 20 days from the shipment date
Please note that this evidence is necessary in order to begin the claim filing process 👍
After the claim has been approved I can either submit for a refund or replacement.
