Faulty products
We do of course want to only deliver high-quality products. Should you have received a product of very poor quality, or which are defective or damaged please let us now. Send us a picture of your faulty product to orders@anbelladesigns.com and await further instructions. To speed up the process of your exchange state your order no. in the subject line of the email.

There is no need to send us the faulty products back. After inspecting the images of the faulty product we will confirm the exchange eligibility via email. It is then up to you if you want to get the products replaced, or a refund.

We will try our best to process your exchange asap. Please allow 14 business days to process your exchange. If at the time of the exchange the product is not available anymore, we will offer you a replacement product. You are not obliged to accept the offered replacement, in which case a refund will be issued.


Refund
If your faulty refund claim is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note that in case of a return we can not refund shipping costs.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
