Arbor & Ash is a small woodworking business based out of Mesa, Arizona, built from a genuine passion for creating things by hand.
In a world full of mass-produced furniture and overseas sellers competing at impossible prices, I know I can’t always be the cheapest option. A lot of those products are made as fast and cheaply as possible, held together with flimsy materials that start falling apart after a year or two. That’s not what I want to make.
What I can promise is that every piece I build gets my full attention, care, and effort. Whether it’s a $10 shelf or a $6,000 custom project, I focus heavily on the details and make sure it’s something I’m proud to send out. If it isn’t right, it doesn’t leave my shop.
I build pieces meant to last. Real wood. Real craftsmanship. Furniture and decor that can handle years of use and hopefully one day be passed down instead of thrown away.
Every board has its own grain, character, and imperfections that make each piece one of a kind. Nothing here is mass produced or stamped out by a machine overseas. It’s built slowly, by hand, in my shop.
One of the biggest reasons I started this business was to spend more quality time with my 5-year-old son. He helps out in the shop sometimes with sanding, cleaning up, and the little things here and there. It’s become something we genuinely enjoy doing together, and a way to build memories while building furniture.
