Every artwork and poster listing includes 5 JPEG files recommended for printing in the following sizes:

ASPECT RATIO 4:5

We emphasize that the sizes above are only the RECOMMENDED sizes. You may print one size smaller or bigger than the largest or smallest size. However, further resizing may compromise the quality. In that case, please ask for assistance through "Message Seller" for free resizing.
Where can I download my digital purchase?
If you have an Etsy account, you can download the files by going to Etsy Profile > Purchases and Reviews.
Note that using the Etsy mobile app doesn't show you the download link, so you need to either go to the Etsy website using a laptop/desktop computer or open your web browser on your phone and then go to the Etsy website.
If you purchased without an Etsy account, you will receive an email from Etsy containing the download links. If you can't find any email from Etsy in your primary inbox, please proceed to check your spam or promotions inbox.
Can I return or exchange digital downloads?
Due to their nature, digital items, such as artwork files and posters, are non‑refundable once delivered or downloaded. This is standard on Etsy and reflects that digital content can't be “returned" or "exchanged."
However, if a buyer encounters issues (e.g., difficulty downloading or accessing files), we’ll gladly help resolve them even if a refund isn’t available.
