5 out of 5 starsThe original file had a few errors where it was not cutting the threads in between. But I contacted the seller and he was really helpful and sent me new files. The actual embroidery file is really pretty and delicate and now the tails will cut automatically then it will be a great addition to my card making files. Thank you
