How do I access and download my digital files?
Once your payment is confirmed, Etsy will email you a link to download your files. You can also access your downloads at any time by logging into your Etsy account via a web browser (not the Etsy app), going to "Purchases and Reviews," and clicking the "Download Files" button next to your order.
Can I use these mockups for my own commercial shop listings?
Yes! Once purchased, you are free to use these mockups to display your own designs for personal or commercial use in your shop or on social media. However, you may not resell, share, or redistribute the blank mockup files themselves.
I never received an email with my download link. What do I do?
Sometimes the automated email gets stuck in spam or junk folders. If you checked out as a guest, the download link will be in your receipt email. If you have an Etsy account, you don't need the email—simply log in on a mobile browser or computer, navigate to "Purchases and reviews," and download directly from there!
Do I need special software to use these files?
It depends on the file type! For standard high-resolution JPG or PNG files, you can use any basic image editing software (like Canva, Photoshop, or even built-in phone editors) to overlay your designs.
