5 out of 5 starsI had two business logos made by this seller and sent the seller a picture after I created it and she informed me that I should be using a DST file instead of what ChatGPT recommended which was a PES file. I was thoroughly impressed that she was able to tell that I needed to change the file because of how it was working on my Brother SE 700 sewing/embroidery machine and I was so thankful that she was such a helpful seller beyond creating the perfect file for my most intricate business logo and one as simple as the four word one I have with no symbols involved. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend this business owner if you are making business logos or something really special. She is the only seller I have used for custom embroidery logos but out of all the ones I’ve purchased that weren’t custom, this one goes above the rest

What file formats do you provide?
For digitizing, I can provide files in all major machine embroidery formats, including PES, DST, EXP, JEF, VIP, VP3, XXX, and more. Just let me know your required format.
For vector conversion, I typically deliver in SVG, AI, EPS, or PDF, but can accommodate other formats upon request.
What kind of artwork/file do you need?
For digitizing, I can work with most common image formats like JPG, PNG, PDF, and even sketches.
For vector conversion, the better the quality of your original raster image, the better the vector result will be.
What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of the project and my current workload. I strive to complete most digitizing and vector orders within 2-4 hours.
