3 out of 5 starsThe mugs are beautiful and my kids teachers loved it. The seller also was great with communication by reaching out to me to confirm one of my personalization choices. The shipping was fast, it got here quickly. But with that being said, it still disappointed me a bit because the product picture shows as if it is like a 3D thing, with the textures, but in reality the images is just printed in the mug, nothing special. So it is kind of false advertising.

2 out of 5 starsCute design but really false advertisement. I got it for teachers week and I did not arrive on time. Secondly I thought it would be 2D art of some sort but it’s flat. Totally AI images shown for ad. I’ll attach a picture of mine. Thinking about it, it’s pricey for the product you pay. Not worth it.

Even though the description says it’s an image transfer the pictures clearly show that it has three dimensional properties which is false advertising. If you’re expecting to receive something that has that, you’ll be sorely mistaken. The seller needs to retake photos that show exactly what a buyer will receive. Take your business elsewhere.

1 out of 5 starsI was quite disappointed when the cups arrived and I realized they were flat designs and not 2 dimensional, as pictured. The pictures are very deceiving and I would not have purchased the items had I realized. I’m very sorry I didn’t read the reviews ahead of time.
