What will I receive?
All of the listings in my shop are for INSTANT DOWNLOADS containing an SVG, PNG, DXF, and EPS file in a zipped folder. These cut files can be used for cutting vinyl with your Silhouette, Cricut, or other cutting machine. You can also print these graphics to frame or create iron-on or sublimation transfers, create a stencil for painting a wood sign, or more!
How do I access my files?
Etsy will send you an automatic email with links to download the files for your purchase.
If you were logged into your account at the time of your order, you can also access your files by clicking on your profile photo in the top right corner of Etsy's home page, then selecting "Purchases and Reviews." There will be a button that says "Download Files" next to this purchase, which will allow you to access your downloads.

Can I download the files on my phone?
No, unfortunately Etsy does not have this option enabled.
Ho do I unzip the zipped folder?
On a Windows computer: -right click on file -select Extract All -select the location you would like the file to be placed -select OK -the file is now unzipped and ready to use. On a Mac computer: -just double click on the zipped folder
What are your term of use?
This license allows you to use these files for personal and small business commercial use (up to 300 times per listing purchased) to create handmade physical items.

Can I return a purchase?
Due to the nature of the listings we cannot accept returns on digital items. Please check the requirements of your programs/cutting machines before purchasing.
Can I get I refund on my purchase?
NO. Due the digital nature of the files, I don’t accept refunds on purchases.
I am available to troubleshoot when problems arise with the files but unfortunately I am unable to give guidance related to use of cutting software. There are many helpful resources on YouTube and Google Search.
If you have the correct software required but receive a corrupt file or do not receive the correct file, please send a message via Etsy so that I can remedy the situation.

I cannot find the SVG file in the zipped folder. Where is it?
I just opened the zip to verify and there is the SVG file I include SVG’s with all my files.
If you do not see an SVG, your computer has renamed it as an .html file with a google chrome symbol. It is still an SVG and works the same. Your computer has just assigned SVG’s to be opened in Google Chrome browser.
